Santa on the Farm
Santa Claus is coming to town and stopping at Auerfarm to bring joy and holiday cheer! On Saturday, December 7, 2024, families are invited to join us for a day full of festive celebration, farm fun, and the much-anticipated arrival of Santa Claus.

It’s a fun morning with Santa, hot cocoa, and holiday-themed crafts for kids!
Meet Santa and capture magical holiday memories for the whole family. Indulge in our hot cocoa bar and baked goods sale! Warm up with a snack and a drink as you make holiday-themed crafts. Then, go around the farm and barns to visit with our animals!
This is a free family event, though donations are always welcome!
Santa's Grotto
Get your picture taken with Santa in Santa's Grotto! The winter wonderland is the perfect backdrop for your holiday photos and don't miss an opportunity to tell Santa what to bring you for the holidays!
Arts & Crafts
Check out the craft corner to make your homemade ornaments! Make snowflakes with pipe cleaners, Christmas trees with pinecones, and reindeer with popsicle sticks for an artistic touch to your tree!
Christmas Trees
Bring home the holiday magic with a Christmas tree! We will be selling Christmas trees from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM everyday starting on Friday, November 29th until we run out so get them while you can!

Parking & Directions
Auerfarm is located off of Simsbury Rd and Route 185. Drive up the 1/2 mile-long gravel driveway and turn left into the visitor's parking lot next to the Welcome Center.
The Santa on the Farm event will be held in classrooms 1A and 1B. Please enter through the main building's double doors (next to the Welcome to Auerfarm sign) and you will be guided into our Winter Wonderland to meet Santa!
