Each dinner features a carefully curated multi-course menu crafted by resident chef Kristiann, showcasing seasonal flavors, and dishes inspired by diverse culinary traditions. Dinner begins with a green course. Whether it be salad or a seasonal vegetable, each dinner is balanced with greens from the gardens.

Appetizers
Dinner's second course is the appetizer. Kristiann combines thematic flavors with seasonal produce to prepare the palate for the night's entree.

Entree
The pièce de résistance of the night. Chef Kristiann showcases the finest proteins and seasonal vegetables directly from our farmers.

Parking & Directions
Auerfarm is located off of Simsbury Rd and Route 185. Drive up the 1/2 mile-long gravel driveway and turn left into the visitor's parking lot next to the Welcome Center.
Dinners are held at the Ensign-Bickford Pavillion, weather permitting. From the visitor's parking lot, walk towards the main buildings and through the red archway.
Indoor dinners are held in the classroom 1C. The entrance is on the left under the red arches.

As a nonprofit organization, Auerfarm relies on your contributions to keep our doors open to the public, free of charge, 7 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm.
