At Auer Camp, our mission is to inspire kind, confident, and resilient campers to connect to nature and the environment. Our days are spent outside climbing trees, building forts, engaging with farm animals, fishing in the stream, hiking in the woods, playing sports, cooking with farm produce, and so much more. Using a S.T.E.M. learning framework we structure games and activities that teach, inspire, and excite campers to be stewards of the environment. Each day campers go home dirty, tired, and happy.
Initial Registration
When you select "Register" you will be prompted to select your desired week of camp, per camper. You will be prompted to enter your information, and then your camper's information.
PLEASE NOTE:
The beginning section will ask for first & last name, email, phone number, and street address. Please enter YOUR information or the information of the camper's parent/guardian in that section (if that is not you).
Where it asks for your camper's DOB please enter your child's date of birth in MM/DD/YY format.
Please provide detailed information about any way we can help your camper have the best possible camp experience.
Emergency Contact & Permission Forms
After you complete the initial registration you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the welcome packet. This includes the three necessary forms for enrollment at Auer Camp; the emergency contact form, the permissions form, and the health form. Please fill out the emergency contact form with three contacts other than the camper's parent/guardian. The contact information inputted in the initial registration will be saved as a primary contact for your camper.
ALL FORMS SHOULD BE EMAILED TO CAMP@AUERFARM.ORG
Health Form
A health form signed by a physician is necessary for campers to participate in day camp programming in the State of Connecticut. Auer Camp requires parents to submit a copy of their camper's health form, also known as the blue form to the registrar and camp nurse. If you do not have access to the blue form or a copy of your camper's most recent physical and immunization records, you may use the camp form in the welcome packet, though it will need to be signed by a physician before your camper can attend their first day of camp.
ALL FORMS SHOULD BE EMAILED TO CAMP@AUERFARM.ORG
Once these steps are complete you will receive a confirmation that you have successfully enrolled your camper at Auer Camp!
This year we are asking families to read and sign an Auer Camp Behavior Policy Agreement to ensure the safety of all of our campers, staff, and animals at Auer Camp. This is a new step in our registration. If you have any questions please contact Assistant Camp Director at camp@auerfarm.org.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made in writing before June 1st will be accepted. A $75 processing and handling fee will be charged. After June 1st, no refunds will be issued without a confirmed medical reason with a signed note from a doctor.
Registration changes must be made before June 1st. Changes are only allowed if space is available. A $75 processing and handling fee will be charged for each registration change.
Please review your schedules before registering. Camp weeks fill up quickly, and it may be difficult to make changes later in the year.

Counselors will direct traffic and help your children out of cars. We kindly request that parents remain in their cars at all times to facilitate the smooth flow of traffic. Parents of Sprouts who want to walk their children in on the first day may follow the traffic and then pull into our visitors' parking lot.
